Royce Da 5'9

Ryan Montgomery A.K.A Royce Da 5'9 is a modern day rapper straight from the heart of Detroit. Royce always calls himself "one quarter of slaughterhouse," which he is, and has been tearin' shyt apart for a long time since he's from the same hood as Shady, both of em' get along pretty well. Shady just signed Slaughterhouse to his record label last year.

Royce's music hasn't been recognized by many but his lyrics are something which you must pay close attention too, since the metaphors he uses are off the hook. The way he spits his rhymes isn't something which every rapper has, his flow proves unexpected and you wont even see those dirty lyrics comin'.

Royce has had beef in his history like many other rappers, especially with D12. When he was first introduced to the rap industry he was in a collaboration with Eminem and also Dre later on. While workin wit Eminem and D12 he gave Eminem a freestyle for the Anger Management mixtape buh D12 took it as a diss when he never meant it like tha at all. Beef broke out between Royce and D12; he released three diss tracks throughout the beef and D12 gave a reply with three of their own diss tracks. The beef ended in 2008 when Royce was on D12's album "Return of the Dozen".
